This archive contains no documents on China. Searched twice. The only trace in thirteen years of files is an abandoned draft from 2024, eleven words long, titled "CNSA".
That silence is the finding. While this beat tracked hangars in Mojave, China flew crews on its own vehicles, built and permanently staffed a space station of its own, returned samples from the far side of the Moon - a thing no one else has done - and grew a commercial launch sector that nobody here was watching either. A crewed lunar landing is targeted before 2030, and the schedule, unusually for this cabinet, is not obviously bluffing.
The file opens thirteen years late. Better late than classified. The full profile is now open in State Actors, filed as SP51/26/SA-04.
